About Me
My name is Brittany Gaylor. I am excited to be your 1st grade teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. This will be my 10th year teaching. I've taught 2nd grade, 3rd grade, and STEM. We are going to have so much fun in 1st grade and learn a lot of new and exciting things!

In 2014, I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from Augusta University. In 2019, I earned my Master of Education in Instruction from AU, as well. I also have my Reading Endorsement, Math Endorsement, Teacher Support Endorsement, and Coaching Endorsement.
About Our Class
In Ms. Gaylor's Class we strive to have fun while learning something new every day! First grade is a year to explore and introduce the building blocks of math and reading. We will learn to sound out words and develop a LOVE for reading. We will learn to count, read, and write whole numbers exceeding 100 and so much more! We will dive into STEM, Social Studies, and Writing.
