Kindergarten Kick Off is for MES rising Kindergarteners!
We would like to invite our rising Kindergarteners and growns ups to preview kindergarten at Martinez Elementary School. Each rising kindergartener will recieve a Gearing Up For Kindergarten Kit, with hand picked early math and literacy activities for building learning capacity in kindergarten and be able to tour MES and a Kindergarten classroom.
We will have laptops set up for registration and our Registrar, Ms. Rowland will be avaiable for any questions.
Please have the following documents to help with registration:
Birth Certificate
Scoial Security Card
4 Point Screening Form 3300
Georgia Certificate of Immunization 3231
Proof of Residency - two forms required
current electric or gas
GA Drivers License
Current property tex receipt
Voter registration card
Mortgage note
Lease or rental agreement
